Started in 2000, SOCACIZE™ is a creative blend of high/low impact aerobics combined with African and Caribbean dance movements. The music used is calypso, soca, zouk, reggae, salsa, dancehall and on occasion drums. “Get ready for a 45 minute SOCA Jam!” says Ayanna Lee-Rivears, Founder and Instructor.

This exhilarating Caribbean work-out also focuses on cardio, weight and strength training, toning and tightening drills to help you tone those troubled spots: arms, abs, legs and butt! SOCACIZE™ targets all age groups. The ultimate goal of the program is to work-out with emphasis on carefully selected music and movements to synchronize with the mind and body to result in burning calories fast (up to 1000 per 60 minute session).
