Refund Policy

Bootcamp Jam
  • Pre-paid Drop in for Class or Bootcamp:
    • If a person buys a pass either online or before entering the class or bootcamp, but does not assist the correspondent class or bootcamp, the cost of the pass will not be refunded.
    • Passes are valid for one (1) person only. They are non-interchangeable and non-transferrable.
    • Passes cannot be resold.
  • Seasons Pass for Bootcamp Jam:
    • The six to eight session pass for Bootcamp Jam must be used within that season bootcamp only. For example: A person that buys the eight session pass for summer bootcamp could not use one of these passes during fall bootcamp.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
    • These passes are valid for one (1) person only. They are non-interchangeable and non-transferrable.
    • Refunds on these passes are not allowed.
  • Seasons Pass for Bootcamp:
    • A season pass for bootcamp can be used at any location throughout the whole year (twelve [12] months).
    • Passes are valid for one (1) person only. They are non-interchangeable and non-transferrable.
    • Refunds on these passes are not allowed.
Membership

[Purchasers of the one-hour class monthly/annual plan]

  1. In the event that facilities or classes cease to be available, the Applicant may apply for a refund of the remaining Membership fee payment.
  2. Membership Agreement cancellation: If the Applicant cancels this Agreement, Socacize has fifteen (15) days from receipt of such notice of cancellation to refund any monies that are owed to the Applicant.
    b. If this Agreement is cancelled for the reasons set forth in this Agreement, Socacize may (a) retain payment for the expenses incurred and the portion of the total price representing the services used or completed by Applicant prior to termination, and (b) demand the reasonable cost of goods and services which the Applicant consumed or wishes to retain after cancellation of the contract. All other monies paid pursuant to this Agreement, if any, except any initiation fee (which is non-refundable), shall be refunded. In no instance shall Socacize demand more than the full contract price from the Applicant.
  3. Promotional Months: the Applicant agrees that if the Applicant received any free months of membership as an inducement to enter into the Membership Agreement , or as a result of referring new Applicants, such free months shall not be considered in computing the amount of any refund to which the Applicant shall be entitled. The Applicant shall be responsible for retaining (and presenting if necessary) all records relating to any cancellation of the Membership Agreement.
  4. Revocation of the Membership Application: Socacize reserves the right to revoke and cancel this Application at any time for any reason. In the event of such termination, Socacize may (i) retain the expenses incurred and the portion of the total price representing the services used or completed by the Applicant prior to cancellation and (ii) demand the reasonable cost of goods and services which the Applicant/Buyer consumed or wishes to retain after cancellation of the contract. All other monies paid pursuant to this Agreement, if any, except for the initiation fee (which is non-refundable), shall be refunded no later than fifteen (15) days after such cancellation.
Instructor Training WOrkshop

Full refund is allowed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your application. After fourteen (14) days a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Prices are in US currency.

  • This membership is valid for one (1) person only. This is non-interchangeable, not interchangeable and non-transferrable.
  • This membership cannot be resold.
  • Refunds on this membership are not allowed.
Hands-on training Workshop
  • These passes are valid for one (1) person only. They are non-interchangeable and non-transferrable.
  • These passes cannot be resold.
  • Refunds on these passes are not allowed.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
